 Sales:
1.  Q: I passed your lot last week and noticed only about 10-15 New Cars on your lot, do you have only this small inventory?
     A: No, we actually have a New Car Inventory of about 150-175 cars. We have a limited display space on our Van Nuys Bl. Lot. We have another lot just a hop, skip and a jump from there to keep our overflow New and Used Car inventories. We can take you there in a minute.
 
2. Q: Does VW offer a Hybrid?
    A: No. VW has developed an alternative to the hybrid, our TDI equipped Jetta and Touareg. This engine is one of the cleanest burning Diesel engines on the planet and is capable of producing mileage of up to 50 MPG! Cost of ownership has never been better for VW Owners. Currently diesel per gallon prices can be found near the price of Regular Gas. Look for the TDI engine to come in the 2010 Golf next. All new TDI products qualify for a $1300 Federal tax credit.
 
3.  Q: What does Certified Preowned mean to me?
     A: We select the “cream of the crop” for our Certified selection. The cars must meet a rigorous 122 point inspection, if not they cannot wear the badge of honor.
VW supports the Certified program with a 2 year/ 24k mile warranty honored nationwide by VW Dealers. Volkswagen Credit offers special CPO rates for most buyers.
 
Service:
1.      Q: Can I pick my car up after closing or on the weekend?
A: Sorry, due to past problems we have eliminated all after hours pickups. We have extended our Service/Cashier hours from 7 a.m. til 7p.m. Mon- Fri for your convenience.
          
2.      Q: When I make an appointment, can I expect my car will be serviced immediately upon arrival?
      A: Our appointment system is designed to create a “flow” of work thru our shop. Due to unexpected developments with some cars it slows the flow periodically. We try to get the cars in when promised and more importantly out when promised. We appreciate your patience under all circumstances.
             
3.      Q: Can I request a particular Service Advisor or Technician?
A: Yes, our employees love it when you ask for them specifically. When making your appointment, make your request.
          
4.      Q: Can I send someone to pickup my car for me and deliver my payment?    
A: No, someone else may pickup your car with prior arrangements made to  allow the release of the car. However, the payment by check/credit card must be done in person with proper ID of the person presenting their payment.        
   
Parts:
1.      Q: What do you do with your “outdated inventory”?
A: You will find “outdated inventory” on EBAY we have listed from time to   time. It has become an efficient way for us to market parts that have fallen from the catalog.
 
2.      Q: Why are your parts so expensive?
A: VW distributes parts thru their franchised dealers throughout the country. We warranty these parts for 1 year or 12k miles at any VW dealer in the country. These parts must meet all VW quality standards no matter who the supplier or what country they are sourced from. Consequently, the liability to cover these parts is very high and therefore the cost associated are relative to the liabilities. We do offer “generic” or “aftermarket” parts that may save you some money and still have a warranty thru our dealer. Ask about the availablitity on the part you need, you might be surprised.
 
Finance/DMV:
1.      Q: Why is it taking so long to get my plates/registration?
A: We file your paperwork almost immediately with the DMV. It can take as little as 3 weeks or as long as a couple of months to get the final paperwork completed. The reasons for delays are too many to list, the important thing to understand is the “temporary tag” in the windshield is as good as plates/registration until you receive the remainder in the mail.
 
2.      Q: Can I buy my car after the lease ends?
A: Yes, absolutely. Simply call David or Jason and they will be happy to facilitate your purchse for you. Once we set an appointment we will contact VCI and generate all documents necessary. We can find a program that will fit your budget.
 
3.      Q: Can I purchase a warranty from you before my cars warranty runs out?
A: Yes, we have many options of terms , coverage and deductibles to fit your needs. Call David or Jason today, the longer you wait and the more miles you drive, the costlier the warranty.
